Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 22, 2026

Welcome to The Liaison Suite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our virtual assistant and administrative support services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. Our goal is to provide reliable, professional Australian-based support while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with local regulations.

1. Scope of Virtual Assistant Services

The Liaison Suite provides administrative, outbound support, and virtual assistant services tailored for Australian professional practices. Our services are conducted remotely within the client's existing practice management systems. We do not provide clinical advice, legal counsel, or financial services, acting solely as a support extension for your administrative operations.

2. Payment Terms & Retainers

Services are billed on a pay-per-hour or monthly retainer basis as agreed upon in the individual Service Agreement. Invoices are issued fortnightly and are payable within 7 business days. We reserve the right to suspend services if accounts remain unpaid beyond the due date. All rates are quoted in AUD and are subject to GST where applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary access to practice management software and relevant internal protocols to enable effective service delivery. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their practice remains compliant with all Australian health regulations and privacy laws. Any changes to practice workflows that affect our service delivery must be communicated in writing.

4. Service Availability & Hours

The Liaison Suite operates during standard Australian business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST). Services are not provided on Australian national public holidays unless otherwise agreed. We strive for consistent continuity by assigning dedicated team members to your account, ensuring a familiar extension of your practice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Liaison Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Liaison Suite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination become immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to suspend services if accounts remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

9. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Any practice data, patient information, or sensitive business details accessed during the provision of our services will be handled in strict accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant health records legislation.

10. Contact Information
